Standard shipping included

Our product prices include standard shipping to the United States, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. There is no extra standard shipping charge at checkout and no minimum order value for these destinations.

For other destinations, available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout after you enter your address.

Delivery timing

Delivery depends on the items, destination and available shipping route. Order preparation takes place before the parcel enters transit; a carrier transit estimate does not include preparation time.

Standard shipping can take several weeks on some international routes. Shipping included does not mean express delivery. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering for an estimate for your items and destination.

Taxes and import charges

Shipping inclusion covers the standard shipping charge. Applicable taxes and import charges are separate. Review the checkout total before paying; charges collected by a carrier or customs authority may be payable separately.

Address and delivery questions

Check your address, postal code and contact details before payment. If no shipping option appears, or you need help with an existing shipment, contact us. For an existing order, include the order number and the email used at checkout.
